Air Fryer Ranch Bacon Wrapped Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients: 

  • 1 pkg Pederson’s Farms Ranch Flavored Bacon (or any Pederson's bacon of your choosing)
  • 2 chicken breast 
  • 1 c. Franks Red Hot Sauce 

Instructions: 

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small 2 to 3 inch chunks 
  2. Marinate them in the hot sauce for approximately 30 min 
  3. Take the chicken from the sauce and wrap each piece with 1 strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary 
  4. Place in the air fryer on 400* F for approximately 15-20 minutes until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of at least 165* F
  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
